🎓 Eligibility Criteria

• Essential Qualification: B.Tech / B.E / equivalent degree in Food Technology and Management, Food Process Engineering, or Food Science and Nutrition.
• Desirable Qualification: Experience in protein extraction and characterization.

🎯 Age Limit

• Maximum Age: 30 years
• Age Relaxation: 5 years for Women / SC / ST / OBC / Differently Abled candidates as per Government of India rules.
