⚙️ Key Job Responsibilities
Selected candidates will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Production Operations: Buffer preparation (small & large-scale), IPQC operation of buffer and protein intermediate samples, Operation of chromatography & TFF systems, Virus inactivation vessel operations, Downstream filtration for protein purification.
- Equipment Maintenance: CIP (Cleaning in Place) of chromatography systems and process vessels, SIP (Sterilization in Place) of TFF systems, Operation and maintenance of sterile autoclaves.
- Process Development: Participation in technology transfer and scale-up processes, Planning and executing process characterization and validation.
- Documentation: Preparation and maintenance of SOPs, BPRs, Qualification and validation documents. Review of executed BPR and protocols, Handling SAP related transactions.
- Coordination & Facility: Coordinate with QC and QA teams, Raw material and consumables inventory management, Investigation support for facility deviations, Overall housekeeping management, Maintenance of GMP documentation.
