🧬 Project Details

Title: GANANA-INDIA EU Initiative for High Performance Computing (MeitY Funded).

Focus: Structural Bioinformatics, AI/ML models for antigen-binding, and GPU-based simulations in Immunology.

🎓 Qualification & Experience

Essential	PhD in Bioinformatics / Computational Biology / Systems Biology or Master's in Tech (M.Tech).
Experience	Minimum 3 years in R&D (for certain criteria).
Skills Required	AlphaFold Molecular Dynamics AI/ML (PyTorch) HPC / GPU Git

💰 Monthly Emoluments

Project Scientist-I: ₹56,000 + 27% HRA (Total: ₹71,120)

Project Scientist-II: ₹67,000 + 27% HRA (Total: ₹85,090)
