🧬 About Biosafety Support Unit (BSU)

The BSU at RCB supports national biosafety and regulatory frameworks through:

1️⃣ Chief Scientific Officer (CSO) 01 Post

💰 Salary Up to ₹2,00,000/month (based on experience)
🎓 Qualification PhD in Science OR Master’s in Engineering/Technology with 20 years relevant experience
⏳ Age Limit Minimum 45 years

Key Role: Overall project management, regulatory guideline formulation, coordination with Govt. agencies (RCGM & GEAC), budgeting, HR management, and reporting. (Desirable: Regulatory affairs experience in biotechnology)

2️⃣ Senior Project Associate (SPA) 01 Post

Domains: Agriculture Biotechnology OR Industrial Biotechnology / Applied Microbiology

💰 Salary ₹42,000 + HRA
🎓 Qualification Master’s degree + 4 years R&D experience OR PhD in relevant discipline
⏳ Age Limit Up to 40 years

Key Responsibilities: Scrutiny of biotech regulatory applications, biosafety data evaluation, drafting regulatory guidelines, risk assessment & management plans, training & capacity building.

3️⃣ Project Associate-I 01 Post

💰 Salary ₹31,000 + HRA (NET/GATE qualified)
₹25,000 + HRA (Others)
🎓 Qualification Master’s in Biotechnology / Agricultural / Natural Sciences OR B.E./B.Tech
⏳ Age Limit Up to 35 years

Role Includes: Regulatory assistance, drafting technical & govt. documents, database management, and biosafety training dissemination.

4️⃣ Website Administrator 01 Post

💰 Salary Up to ₹80,000/month (consolidated)
🎓 Qualification MCA / M.Sc. IT / B.E. / B.Tech (3–5 years experience)
💻 Tech Skills .NET 6 & 8, ASP.NET Web Forms (MVC), Dotnet Core, MySQL, SQL Server, JS, jQuery, APIs
