Crop Technologist
Company: HM.CLAUSE (Business Unit of Group Limagrain)
Main Goal
Implement and execute management protocols and monitor crop activities under R&D Operations responsibility to meet volume, quality, and timeline targets set by Operations and Breeding teams.
Job Responsibilities
- Expert in crop agronomy for Open Field & Polyhouse operations
- Crop conduct, crop protection, irrigation, fertigation, nursery & post-harvest management
- Guide and support technical teams and collaborate with breeders
- Assist Station/Agronomy Manager in weekly planning
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations
- Define and follow work protocols agreed with breeders
- Support data recording in R&D analytical tools
- Follow SHIELD internal phytosanitary protocols
- Drive innovation in mechanization, IPM, fertigation & smart irrigation systems
Eligibility & Qualifications
- Postgraduate in Agriculture (preferred)
- 2–3 years experience in R&D Operations or related field
- Basic command of English
- Good computer skills
